Survivor Story

"I went from hiding
to owning my farm."

Nomvula Dlamini, 34, from Mpumalanga, survived years of gender-based violence before finding DulaPeace Projects. Within 18 months of joining the Agricultural Program, she was running a 2-hectare vegetable farm supplying three local schools.

"They gave me seeds, training, and confidence. Now I employ four other women from my community. We are not victims — we are farmers, we are providers."
